Experience dining at its finest whether it’s by our floor to ceiling brick fireplace or in our exquisite dining room. For a more informal lunch or dinner, we offer our grill room with a fireside flair, our lounge area with flat screen TVs, or -  weather permitting - our deck with breathtaking views of our beautiful greens and the historic Scottsbluff National Monument.  

Executive Chef Daniel Raimon has joined the staff at SBCC.  Chef Daniel most recently work for 8 years at Casper Country Club, his background includes working in some of the finest restaurants in New York City.  Chef Daniel attended Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and he will be a great addition to our staff.

Dress Code Reminder
Men: In the clubhouse, collars are not required but casual business attire is required and no t-shirts are allowed. Denim jeans are allowed in the lounge and grill area. In the dining room, business attire is required.

Women: Shirts are not required to have a collar, but t-shirts, sports tops, tanks tops, tube tops, swimsuits are not allowed. Tops without a collar must be casual business and have at least a 1’’ strap over the shoulder. In the dining room, business attire is required.
